Care and Use of your Dunoon Mug

Your mugs are Dishwasher safe, but we recommend modest use, as the caustic nature of dishwasher detergents can cause colours to fade over a period of time. Hand wash where possible.

If your mug contains metallic decoration, we strongly advise hand washing only.

Your mugs are Microwave safe unless the design contains metallic elements such as gold or platinum in the decoration. 

To care for the glazed finish, avoid abrasive and metallic cleaning products.

To prevent possible cracking, pour the hot water over the back of a teaspoon, or add milk first.

To avoid staining, clean immediately after use.
